Cozy Corner Academy is open Monday–Friday, 5:00AM–5:30 PM. Closed Saturday & Sunday. 

Enrollment is based on availability and a completed enrollment packet. A tour may be required before start date confirmation. 

Tuition is due on time based on your agreed schedule. Late payments may include a late fee. Returned payments may include an additional fee. 

 Children must be signed in and out daily by an authorized adult. Please notify us if someone different will be picking up your child. 

 To help keep everyone healthy, children must stay home if they have a fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or contagious symptoms. Children may return when symptoms improve and they are fever-free for 24 hours without medication. 

 Families may be asked to provide lunches. Snacks and water will be provided unless otherwise noted. Please inform us of allergies and dietary restrictions. 

 Our days include structured routines, learning through play, creative activities, and age-appropriate enrichment. Outdoor time is included when weather permits. 

 We use positive guidance, redirection, and age-appropriate expectations. We do not use harsh discipline, yelling, or physical punishment.

 Children are supervised at all times. We follow safe sleep practices for infants and maintain a safe, child-friendly environment. 

 We communicate with families about daily updates, incidents, and important reminders. Please reach out anytime with questions or concerns. 

 Either party may end care with proper notice. Care may be terminated for repeated late payments, unsafe behavior, or policy violations.
